Wizards grab Rui Hachimura at No. 9
The Washington Wizards have selected Gonzaga's Rui Hachimura with the No. 9 pick in the 2019 NBA Draft.
What It Means:
Hachimura shined at Gonzaga, and despite the concerns of a relatively weak slate of competition, his stats show potential to be a great NBA player.
As a junior at Gonzaga, Hachimura averaged 19.7 points, 6.5 rebounds and 1.5 assists per game.
