Brandon Ingram (head) questionable for Pelicans on Tuesday

New Orleans Pelicans small forward Brandon Ingram (head) will be questionable for Tuesday's game against the Phoenix Suns, per head coach Willie Green.

What It Means:

Ingram exited Sunday's game with a head injury and was tested for concussion-like symptoms, but Green said he's no longer in protocol. Zion Williamson (hip) is also uncertain for Tuesday, so Ingram could see a larger role on offense if he's active and Williamson is out. Otherwise, Trey Murphy will be a candidate to replace Ingram in the starting lineup and there will be more minutes off the bench for Devonte' Graham, Naji Marshall, and Jose Alvarado. Garrett Temple might even be able to crack the rotation. Murphy started the second half in place of Ingram on Sunday and finished the game with 16 points (6-for-11 field goals, 3-of-4 3-pointers), 9 rebounds, and an assist in 40 minutes.

BI is second on the Pelicans with a 28.8% usage rate this season and he is averaging a career-best 1.38 FanDuel points per minute. Murphy scored 26.3 FanDuel points and had a 13.9% usage rate on Sunday.
