Clippers' Danilo Gallinari is expected back in September
Los Angeles Clippers forward Danilo Gallinari (thumb) is expected back on the court in 4-6 weeks.
Gallinari was originally ruled out 3-4 weeks, but this new timetable will get him back sometime in the month of September. That should him put his return right around the start of Clippers' training camp.
Gallinari's 6.1 nERD ranked 29th in the NBA in 2016-17, as he averaged 18.2 points per game on 44.7% shooting from the field and 38.9% from three.
