Kyle Kuzma projected for another efficient showing from Lakers' bench
Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma is projected for 8.8 points and 4.0 rebounds in 20.8 minutes Friday evening against the Phoenix Suns.
Kuzma scored eight points with four rebounds in Thursday's season opener. He played from a backup role as Larry Nance and Julius Randle played ahead of him at power forward. It seems like his best bet for minutes is small forward, where Luol Deng is almost certain to get rest days as Brandon Ingram plays a lot of minutes at that spot.
Compared to Wednesday, Kuzma should find himself in a better matchup tonight. He and the youthful Lakers will oppose a green Suns team, as we project Kuzma to finish the game with 18.7 FanDuel points at $4,800 on the Friday slate.
