Knicks' Frank Ntilikina (ankle) is out on Saturday
New York Knicks guard Frank Ntilikina (ankle) will not play against the Detroit Pistons on Saturday.
What It Means:
Ntilikina turned his ankle in Friday's practice, and needed to be helped off the court. He was diagnosed with a sprained ankle.
Ntilikina played just eight minutes in his NBA debut, and didn't score any points.
