Lakers' Corey Brewer unlikely to have big role as a reserve moving forward
After playing 33 minutes in a start on Friday, Los Angeles Lakers guard/forward Corey Brewer returned to the bench on Sunday against the New Orleans Pelicans, getting just 2 points and 2 rebounds in 9 minutes of action.
Kentavious Caldwell-Pope returned from a two-game suspension on Sunday, sending Brewer back to the bench. Brewer is unlikely to play heavy minutes as a reserve unless an injury opens up playing time. The Lakers play the Washington Wizards at home on Wednesday.
Looking forward to Wednesday, numberFire projects Brewer to score just 9.8 fantasy points on FanDuel.
