Wizards' Bradley Beal (eye) will undergo further testing on Thursday
Washington Wizards guard Bradley Beal will undergo additional tests on his injured right eye Thursday in Washington.
Beal left Wednesday's game with a laceration after catching an accidental elbow from Philadelphia 76ers guard Jerryd Bayless. However, he decided to return rather than go to the hospital for further evaluation. That examination will now take place on Thursday. Depending on those results, Beal could be held out or be forced to wear some type of protective gear, though he seems optimistic about playing on Friday. Jodie Meeks and Kelly Oubre would see extended time if he's unable to bounce back.
So long as he suits up, Beal is projected to play 35 minutes and contribute 34.7 FanDuel points on Friday against the Detroit Pistons.
