Orlando's Arron Afflalo handed two-game suspension
According to The Vertical's Shams Charania, Orlando Magic guard/forward Arron Afflalo has been suspended two games for Tuesday's altercation with Minnesota Timberwolves forward Nemanja Bjelica.
During Tuesday's game, Afflalo and Bjelica got into a scuffle that included Afflalo throwing a punch in the direction of Bjelica. Until this afternoon, the Magic had not heard anything from the league, but this will keep Afflalo out for tonight's game against the Cleveland Cavaliers, as well as Sunday's matchup with the Boston Celtics. Mario Hezonja and Wesley Iwundu should step into his minutes off the bench.
numberFire's models project Afflalo to average 5.9 points, 2.0 rebounds and 19.1 minutes per game over 28 games the rest of the season.
