Grizzlies' Brandan Wright (illness) 'likely doubtful' for Friday
According to Grizzlies.com's Michael Wallace, Memphis Grizzlies center Brandan Wright is considered "likely doubtful" to play on Friday against the Sacramento Kings.
What It Means:
Wright had missed Wednesday's game due to illness and he failed to go through Friday's shootaround. Marc Gasol (illness) is expected back, so the backup minutes should go to a combination of Deyonta Davis and Jarell Martin Friday night.
In 24 games, Wright is averaging 13.6 minutes and 13.4 FanDuel points on the year. If he's unable to go, his next chance to play will come Saturday against the New Orleans Pelicans.
