Nuggets 'optimistic' that Jamal Murray (concussion) plays Friday
The Denver Nuggets are "optimistic" that guard Jamal Murray will return Friday from a one-game absence.
Murray suffered a concussion in Saturday's game, and he was originally expected to miss Friday night. Since yesterday, he's been upgraded to questionable and is trending toward a quick return. It seems like he has a couple more hurdles to get over before being cleared of the protocol, but if he's successful in doing so Will Barton and Emmanuel Mudiay would play lesser roles on Friday.
In a matchup with the Phoenix Suns, Murray is projected for 28.9 FanDuel points at a cost of $6,200 on Friday's slate.
