Hawks' Tyler Cavanaugh (ankle) might not play until after All-Star break
According to Hawks.com's KL Chouinard, Atlanta Hawks power forward/center Tyler Cavanaugh might not return until after the All-Star break.
Cavanaugh wasn't really in the rotation before suffering his right ankle injury. However, his absence solidifies the limited minutes of Dewayne Dedmon, Miles Plumlee and Mike Muscala.
Over 30 games, Cavanaugh is averaging 5.0 points, 3.3 rebounds and 0.9 threes in 13.8 minutes per game.
