Celtics officially sign free agent Greg Monroe
The Boston Celtics have officially signed free agent power forward/center Greg Monroe.
What It Means:
Monroe was expected to sign with the Celtics all along, and now he has. He's in line to make his team debut on Thursday in Washington. He could be looking at minutes in the 15-to-20 range, stealing some time from both Marcus Morris and Aron Baynes.
