Grizzlies' Chandler Parsons (illness) misses Thursday's practice
Memphis Grizzlies forward Chandler Parsons (illness) didn't practice on Thursday.
Parsons also missed Wednesday's practice but head coach J.B. Bickerstaff says the absence is "more because of the flu that's going around," rather than being related to his troublesome knee. Either way, it sounds like Parsons will miss at least half of the Grizzlies' upcoming back-to-back set. They host the Cleveland Cavaliers on Friday before facing the Heat in Miami on Saturday.
Parsons averaged 16.5 FanDuel points in 27 games (seven starts) for the Grizzlies before the All-Star break. Over the remainder of the year, numberFire's models project him to record 10.1 points, 3.0 rebounds, 1.8 assists, and 1.3 3-pointers per game.
