Los Angeles Lakers point guard Isaiah Thomas is currently headed to New York to meet with a specialist to evaluate treatment options for his ailing hip.
What It Means:
Thomas will miss a second straight contest on Monday and it sounds like surgery may be on the table. There's a chance that the impending free agent doesn't play again this season, which would mean heavy minutes for Lonzo Ball the rest of the way.
