Hornets' Jeremy Lamb (foot) won't play Saturday versus Wizards

Charlotte Hornets guard/forward Jeremy Lamb has been downgraded from probable to out for Saturday's game against the Washington Wizards.

What It Means:

Lamb is dealing with some left foot soreness, but the scratch comes as somewhat of a surprise. He was expected to play, but with the Hornets absent much to play for who can blame them for holding him out. In Lamb's stead, Dwayne Bacon and Malik Monk will pick up more minutes off the bench.

Averaging 24 FanDuel points per game, Lamb is projected to average 17.2 points and 30.2 minutes over the remainder of the 2017-18 season.
