Warriors' Andre Iguodala starting at point guard for Game 1 against Spurs
Per Shams Charania of Yahoo Sports, the Golden State Warriors are starting forward Andre Iguodala at point guard for Saturday's opening playoff game against the San Antonio Spurs.
The move is certainly a bold strategy move. Instead of Iguodala coming off the bench, he'll provide defensive experience and versatility in the starting unit. That should mean Quinn Cook will serve in a bench role for this one. It could spell more minutes for Iggy as well.
At a cost of $4,000, our models project Iguodala to play 25.3 minutes and tally 18.4 FanDuel points in Saturday's matchup.
