Knicks' Kristaps Porzingis (knee) could miss 2018-19 season
New York Knicks power forward Kristaps Porzingis could miss the entire 2018-19 season, according to owner Jim Dolan.
Porzingis tore his ACL and underwent surgery back in February. Dolan said he's heard the Knicks star could be back as early as December but as late as the entire season. He talked about the franchise as a whole though, saying "We need to develop a team and then integrate him into it when he comes back." The big man himself said that he'd be ready for the start of the season, for whatever that's worth.
In 48 games, Porzingis averaged 22.7 points, 6.6 rebounds and 2.4 blocks per game in 2017.
