Portland's Damian Lillard named 2017-18 All-NBA First Team
Portland Trail Blazers point guard Damian Lillard has been named to the All-NBA First Team for the first time in his career.
Lillard ultimately got the nod for the final guard spot over Russell Westbrook. In large part, that can be attributed to his leading the Blazers to the number-three seed in the West. It's Lillard's third All-NBA honor and his first since 2015-16.
Lillard averaged 26.9 points, 6.6 assists and 4.5 rebounds per game while ranking as the 5th-best player in our end-of-season power rankings.
