Magic waive point guard Shelvin Mack
The Orlando Magic are waiving guard Shelvin Mack, per Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN.
What It Means:
Mack was scheduled to earn a guaranteed $6M in 2018-19 but will now be an unrestricted free agent. The veteran point guard will join a crowded group of free agent guards this offseason ut will likely land somewhere as a capable backup.
Mack averaged 6.9 points and 3.9 rebounds in 19.8 minutes per game last season.
