Kings considering a run at Bulls' Zach LaVine
The Sacramento Kings are strongly considering an attempt to sign Chicago Bulls guard Zach LaVine when free agency begins on July 1st, per K.C. Johnson of the Chicago Tribune.
Also according to Johnson, the Bulls hope to re-sign LaVine for $14 million to $16 million a year. The Kings have the cap space to go above that mark, so we'll soon see how committed the Bulls are to retaining the 23-year-old wing man.
LaVine played in just 24 games during the 2017-18 season, accumulating 16.7 points, 3.9 rebounds, and 3.0 assists per game with a mediocre .442 Effective Field Goal rate. His -5.2 nERD ranked 182nd out of 250 qualifying guards this year.
