Rudy Gay re-signs with the Spurs for one-year, $10M
The San Antonio Spurs and forward Rudy Gay have agreed to a one-year deal worth $10M, per Shams Charania of Yahoo! Sports.
Gay stays in San Antonio for one more season and will likely see extended minutes, and could start, with Kawhi Leonard likely gone. The biggest issue is his health, as Gay played in just 57 games, averaging 21.6 minutes per night.
Gay finished with the lowest numbers since his rookie season as he averaged 11.5 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game last season.
