Boston College's Jerome Robinson notches first double-double of the season
Boston College Eagles sophomore guard Jerome Robinson registered his first double-double of the season with 23 points and 11 rebounds in Monday's 72-71 win over the Auburn Tigers.
What It Means:
Robinson has now scored double-digits points in 9-of-10 games with 20 or more points in six contests. The 11 rebounds were icing on the cake as they represent a career-high for the second-year guard. He is averaging only 5.4 boards per game on the season.
In a breakout season so far, Robinson has emerged as the Eagles leading scorer with 19.3 points per game on 42.3 percent shooting from the floor.
