Tyler Lydon dominates in Syracuse's rout of Cornell
Syracuse Orange sophomore forward Tyler Lydon posted his third double-double of the season with 20 points and 10 rebounds in Tuesday's 80-56 win over the Cornell Big Red.
What It Means:
Tuesday marked Lydon's fifth-straight double-digit scoring game of the season. The sophomore also matched his season-high by making four threes and grabbing 10 rebounds. Lydon is averaging 19.3 points, 8.8 rebounds, and 2.8 three-pointers in his past four games.
Unfortunately for Syracuse, Lyndon's recent hot streak has not translated to Ws as they are 2-2 in their past four games and own only a 4.5% chance of making the NCAA Tournament, according to our algorithms.
