What It Means:

Lydon has been dealing with an Achilles issue all year, but it is unclear if this newest injury is related. The power forward will take it easy in practice in hopes of being able to suit up on Saturday. Dajuan Coleman will be the first in line to take on some additional minutes if Lydon is unable to give it a go versus BC.

The Orange could get by without Lyndon versus the 9-8 Eagles but would need his 12.8 points and 7.7 rebounds per game in the lineup if they are going to upset the North Carolina Tar Heels or Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Syracuse's opponents next week.
