Quentin Snider to miss the next two-to-three weeks for Louisville

Louisville Cardinals junior guard Quentin Snider will miss the next two-to-three weeks with a strained hip flexor, according to Jeff Greer of the Courier-Journal.

What It Means:

Snider suffered the injury in Saturday's win over the Duke Blue Devils. No surgery is required for the starting guard, just rest and rehabilitation. The timetable will sideline Snider for at least the next three games including Saturday's road game against the 10th-ranked Florida State Seminoles. Snider averaged 30.1 minutes and 12.1 points per game, dealing the Cardinals a painful blow to their depth over the next few games. Tony Hicks is expected to fill in at point guard.

Currently, they are projected as a number-two seed, according to our algorithms, but with three matchups against top 30 teams in the next six games, their stock could take a tumble.
