D.J. Hogg will miss the rest of Texas A&M's season
Texas A&M Aggies sophomore forward D.J. Hogg (foot) will miss the remainder of the season, according to Brett Zwerneman of the Houston Chronicle.
What It Means:
Hogg hurt the foot on January 21 and missed the following two games but returned to play off the bench in the Aggies next four contests. He was clearly slowed by the injury averaging only 6.8 points on 29.0 percent shooting in his last four games. Texas A&M is 13-11 and is likely to miss the NCAA Tournament for the fifth time in the last six seasons.
Hogg was the team's best all-around player with 13.1 points, 5.3 rebounds and 3.3 assists in the 18 games he played before the injury.
