Syracuse's Tyler Lydon to enter the 2017 NBA Draft

Syracuse Orange sophomore forward Tyler Lydon will forgo his final two seasons of college eligibility by entering the NBA Draft and hiring an agent, according to Jon Rothstein of FanRag Sports.

What It Means:

By hiring an agent, Lydon will not be able to return to college. The move was not unexpected as the sophomore is currently the 26th-ranked prospect by Draft Express and is projected to be a late-first round pick. As a 6'10" power forward who can shoot the three, there's a lot to like about his NBA potential.

Lydon averaged 13.2 points, 8.6 rebounds and 1.4 blocks per game this season. He was 39.5 percent from deep with 1.4 treys a game.
