Jalen Adams returning to UConn for his junior season
Connecticut Huskies sophomore guard Jalen Adams will not enter the 2017 NBA Draft and will return to school for this junior season, per Jeff Goodman of ESPN.
What It Means:
There was speculation Adams would test the NBA waters after a strong sophomore season, but the 6'3" guard will avoid getting lost in a deep draft class and try to bring UConn back to the NCAA Tournament after a one-year absence.
Adams averaged 14.4 points, 4.3 rebounds, 6.1 assists, 1.1 steals, and 1.1 three-pointers per game.
