Bruce Brown returning to Miami for sophomore season
Miami Hurricanes freshman guard Bruce Brown will not enter the 2017 NBA Draft and return to school for his sophomore season, according to Jeff Goodman of ESPN.
Brown was toying with the idea of at least exploring his draft options, but after a talk with head coach Jim Larranaga, the freshman has decided to return to school next season. With senior Davon Reed set to graduate, Brown will likely step into a much larger scoring role in the fall.
Brown averaged 11.8 points, 5.6 rebounds, 3.2 assists, and 1.5 steals per game while shooting 45.9% from the floor last season.
