Kansas State's Kamau Stokes entering the 2017 NBA Draft
Kansas State Wildcats sophomore guard Kamau Stokes has entered the 2017 NBA Draft but has not hired an agent, per Kellis Robinett of the Wichita Eagle.
Stokes never made an official announcement but submitted his name to be eligible for selection before the deadline this past weekend. The 5'11" guard is not projected to be drafted and is taking advantage of getting NBA scouts' opinions on his game for the future, just like 181 other early-entry candidates are doing. Stokes has until May 24 to withdraw from the draft and retain his college eligibility.
Stokes averaged 11.7 points, 2.6 rebounds and 4.1 assists per game his sophomore season.
