Running Backs

High-Cost Option: Le'Veon Bell ($8,800)

Just like David Johnson was the chalk play of the week last week, it's likely Le'Veon Bell's turn in Week 11 with a terrific matchup against the Cleveland Browns. Cleveland is giving up the second-most rushing yards and second-most rushing touchdowns to opposing backs. Bell has averaged 24.2 touches per game this season and 23.6 fantasy points per game. He's worth every penny this week. An even bigger bonus for Bell is the fact that the weather is currently calling for winds north of 25-plus miles per hour. If that stays true -- and be sure to continue to monitor this game -- Bell could be in for an even larger rushing workload.

Mid-Cost Option: Spencer Ware ($6,000)

Playing at home as 7.5-point favorites, Spencer Ware is a spectacular value play this week. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have a middling run defense, ranking 15th in schedule-adjusted Defensive Rushing NEP and bottom 10 in rushing and receiving yards allowed to opposing running backs. Ware is averaging 16.9 touches per game, but should see an uptick in volume with positive game script in his favor. Heavy volume against a defense that's allowing heavy yardage makes for a great combination to pursue in both cash games and GPPs.

Low-Cost Option: C.J. Prosise ($4,200)

If Bell is going to be the most-owned high-cost option at running back this week, C.J. Prosise has a good shot at being the low-cost one. Anytime a player performs big in an island game (like last week against the New England Patriots), the public takes notice and generally sees a spike in ownership. Add in the fact that the Seattle Seahawks just waived Christine Michael and that Prosise has seen his snap percentage rise in every game over the last four games, and we should see a heavy dosage of Prosise while Thomas Rawls gets his legs under him. Seattle is a 6.5-point home favorite against the Philadelphia Eagles, and Prosise should be in line for a majority of snaps and touches making him a very safe cash option at just $4,200.

Other Options: DeMarco Murray ($8,200), LeGarrette Blount ($6,400), Theo Riddick ($5,100), Frank Gore ($5,000), Rob Kelley ($4,400), James Starks ($4,200)
