Week 9 was a forgettable one as two of our three picks failed to finish inside the top-12 in weekly scoring. The Tennessee Titans were the best of the bunch, finishing as the 11th-best defense on the week.

So, it's on to Week 10, and this week, we're targeting two home favorites and one defense that was playing very poorly early in the season but has improved in recent weeks and now faces a team that is fading fast.

For any new readers, we search the waiver wire every week to identify low-owned D/STs that have a great matchup for fantasy production. The focus will be on teams owned in about 50% or fewer of Yahoo fantasy leagues, and our goal is to find teams poised to finish as a top-12 scorer.
