The Atlanta Falcons are hosting the visiting Tampa Bay Buccaneers in what could be an electric game for fantasy purposes. The total currently sits at a hefty 57.5 points and the Falcons are 3.5-point favorites. Matt Ryan and friends are in a phenomenal spot but is he valuable enough for us to pay up for him on the DraftKings Main Slate?

Our models projected Ryan to score 26.1 DraftKings points, a full 4.3 points higher than any other projected quarterback score. The Buccaneers are giving up a ridiculous 358 yards passing per game and have allowed opposing teams to score 33.3 points per game in 2018.

Their defense couldn't cover a mattress if all 11 of them piled up on it. They have allowed opposing quarterbacks to complete 77% of their passing attempts and have given up 3.3 touchdowns per game. Yikes. All of these stats are the worst-ranked in each category and have led to opposing quarterbacks scoring an average of 32.1 DraftKings points per game, which is, you guessed it, the worst rate in the NFL.

Ryan is in a dream spot and he's worth every penny.
