Chris Carson, RB, Seattle Seahawks

DraftKings Price: $4,400

Projected Points: 13.5

Projected Value (points per $1,000): 3.07

It was certainly worrisome for Chris Carson fantasy owners to see Mike Davis go off in Week 4 when CC was sitting out injured. Carson quelled those fears in Week 5, however, getting the start and finishing with 19 carries for 116 yards, his second game in a row over the century mark.

Despite the injury and an undefined role to start the season, Carson enters this week's matchup against the Raiders with the 15th-most rushing yards in the league, and his 4.6 yards per tote ranks 12th. That type of efficiency doesn't bode well for Oakland, a team that has allowed 4.9 yards per rush.

Oakland only allowed 73 combined rushing yards to Melvin Gordon and Austin Ekeler last week. Of course, they also allowed them to gain 106 yards through the air. The Mack-less Raiders have seen opposing ball carriers find the end zone five times combined in their past two games.

The Seahawks' implied total of 25.75 is the sixth-highest on the Sunday main slate. They are three-point favorites on the road this week, and the rushing game will no doubt be a big part of their plans. Their 0.99 pass-to-run ratio is the lowest in the league and makes them the only team that has ran the ball more than it has thrown it.

Despite a solid matchup, a team that loves to run, and two 100-yard performances in a row, Carson's price sits at only $4,400, making him a bargain. We project him for 13.5 points, which would return a value of nearly 3.1 points per $1,000 on DraftKings.
