It's far from a surprise that the Atlanta Falcons are a team that struggles with opposing quarterbacks. After making Nick Foles look pedestrian in Week 1, the team has lost a number of starters to injuries and has given up at least 250 passing yards and 3 touchdowns to each of the next four quarterbacks it has faced.

That doesn't bode well for a matchup against Jameis Winston and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Winston has faced his division rival five times in his career. He had two total touchdowns in each of his first two matchups and three touchdowns in each of his past three against them.

With his scoring output and an average of 14.2 rushing yards against them, Winston has scored at least 19.48 DraftKings points in every one of his games against the Falcons. It's hard to see that changing this week in a game that has a total set at 57.5 points, five more than the next highest game on the slate.

While we don't have Winston projected as the highest-scoring QB this week -- that honor goes to his opponent, Matt Ryan -- he still comes in at a respectable fourth. Our models have him at 21.1 points with upside for nearly 34.5. With that type of upside at just $5,800, it could be a very wise move to use Winston here to free up some cap space elsewhere.
