To give that some perspective, only the Seattle Seahawks have rushed the ball more than they've passed it this season (0.90), and the league average pass-to-run ratio through 16 weeks is 1.44. The rushing volume is clearly there for the Ravens' offense.
Gus Edwards has been a major part of this surge -- over the same six-game stretch, he's averaging 5.25 yards per carry over 110 rushing attempts. As 6.0-point favorites in this contest, a run-heavy script could be in the cards yet again.
The Ravens face the Cleveland Browns, who possess a sneaky-good run defense, ranking 12th in the league per our metrics. After getting gashed early this season on the ground, they've shown that solid D in recent weeks, holding their own against some tough runners like Phillip Lindsay (14 carries, 24 rushing yards), Christian McCaffrey (16 carries, 63 rushing yards), and Joe Mixon (17 carries, 68 rushing yards).
With an over/under of a mere 41.0 points, this could be a low-scoring affair, so despite what will likely be a run-heavy attack, it could be a long day for Edwards.
