Devonta Freeman (foot) expected to remain out for Falcons Week 7
Atlanta Falcons running back Devonta Freeman (foot) is expected to sit out again Week 7 versus the New York Giants on Monday Night Football, head coach Dan Quinn said.
Freeman has been limited to two games this season, but with the Falcons having their bye in Week 8, perhaps he will be ready to return for the second half of the season. Tevin Coleman and Ito Smith will continue to handle backfield work in the meantime.
Freeman averaged 5.8 FanDuel points in his two appearances. He has 14 carries for 68 yards and 5 catches for 23 yards on 7 targets.
