Miami Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill (shoulder) faces an "uphill challenge" to return Week 8 versus the Houston Texans, reports ESPN's Cameron Wolfe.

Tannehill has already been ruled out for Sunday's contest against the Detroit Lions and the Dolphins face the Texans on Thursday night in Week 8, so Brock Osweiler is in line for at least two more starts. Brocktober is upon us.
