Packers' Geronimo Allison injured groin at practice Thursday
Green Bay Packers wide receiver Geronimo Allison injured his groin in Thursday's practice and is uncertain for Week 9 against the New England Patriots.
Allison was already listed as limited with a hamstring issue. "We'll see where he is tomorrow," head coach Mike McCarthy said. Davante Adams, Marquez Valdes-Scantling, and Randall Cobb would work in three-wide sets if Allison sits. He saw only 1 target last week following a three-week hiatus.
Allison is averaging 10.5 FanDuel points per game this season, with 20 catches for 303 yards and 2 touchdowns on 30 targets. He is currently the WR60 in numberFire's season-long fantasy rankings.
