Denver's Royce Freeman (ankle) inactive for Week 9's game against Texans
Denver Broncos running back Royce Freeman (ankle) will not play in Week 9's game against the Houston Texans.
Freeman is working his way back from an ankle injury and will miss his second straight game. Phillip Lindsay is expected to lead the Denver backfield in touches with Devontae Booker filling in on passing downs.
