Chiefs' Sammy Watkins officially inactive on Sunday
Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Sammy Watkins (foot) is inactive for Week 10's game against the New York Jets.
What It Means:
Watkins was not expected to suit up for this one after missing practice on Wednesday and Thursday. He did get in limited work on Friday, so a Week 11 return appears likely. For this week, expect Chris Conley and Demarcus Robinson to see some increased opportunity in Watkins' absence.
