Jaguars will reportedly bench Blake Bortles for Cody Kessler
The Jacksonville Jaguars have benched quarterback Blake Bortles in favor of Cody Kessler.
Kessler will start against the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday. Bortles has only completed 60.4% of his throws and has thrown 13 touchdowns and 11 interceptions.
In 248 pass attempts in his career, Kessler has completed 64.5% of them, but has just averaged 10.4 yards per completion (giving him a 6.7 yards per throw average). He also has 7 touchdowns and 4 interceptions.
