Colts' Jack Doyle (kidney) reportedly could be placed on Injured Reserve

Indianapolis Colts tight end Jack Doyle is reportedly expected to miss the rest of the 2018 regular season.

What It Means:

In surprising fashion, the Athletic's Stephen Holder reported the Colts are expected to place Jack Doyle on Injured Reserve due to an "unspecified injury". If this transaction occurs, expect Eric Ebron to be the starter with Mo Alie-Cox as his backup.

In six games this season, Doyle produced 2 touchdowns and 245 receiving yards on 26 receptions.
