Rapoport: Tyrod Taylor a 'top target' for Dolphins
Free agent quarterback Tyrod Taylor is one of the Miami Dolphins' "top targets," reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
This comes after Teddy Bridgewater reportedly turned down more money from the Dolphins to re-sign with the New Orleans Saints. Rapoport adds that the Dolphins also have their sights on someone in the draft. Taylor would serve as an adequate bridge in Miami for whoever is anointed as the long-term answer under center.
Taylor completed 42-of-85 passes (49.4 percent) for 473 yards with 2 touchdowns and 2 interceptions in four games last season. He added 125 yards and a score on the ground.
