Jason McCourty reportedly re-signs with Patriots for 2 years
The New England Patriots re-signed defensive Jason McCourty to a 2-year contract, reports Ian Rapoport of NFL Network.
McCourty was a significant contributor in New England's Super Bowl run. He appeared in all 16 games after being acquired from the Cleveland Browns for a seventh-round pick last offseason and finished as Pro Football Focus' 11th cover corner out of 123 qualifiers.
McCourty picked off a pass and deflected another 10 for the Patriots last season.
