Report: Giants committed to Eli Manning in 2019
New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning is expected to remain with the team next season, reports Dan Graziano of ESPN.
Manning is due a $5 million roster bonus if he remains on the roster through this weekend and the Giants have no intentions of cutting him, per Graziano. He adds that the Giants still may draft a quarterback with the 6th or 17th overall pick, but only if they feel the prospect is worth the early selection. Manning turned 38 in January.
Manning threw for 4,299 yards (7.5 yards per attempt) on a 66.0 completion percentage with 21 touchdowns and 11 interceptions last season.
