Derrick Henry to drive Titans' offense in 2019
Tennessee Titans new offensive coordinator Arthur Smith said he intends to ride contract-year running back Derrick Henry this season, writes Jim Wyatt of the team's official website.
Henry reeled off 625 yards and eight touchdowns on 97 carries (6.44 yards per carry) over five December contests to finish out 2018, so it makes sense that Smith wants to recreate that production. He turned 25 in January.
Henry is the RB22 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. Our models expect him to rush 247.7 times for 1,105.1 yards and 8.15 touchdowns, with 15.1 receptions for 103.7 yards and 0.27 touchdowns.
