Trey Quinn has Washington slot job 'locked down'
Washington Redskins wide receiver Trey Quinn has the slot receiver role "locked down," head coach Jay Gruden said.
Gruden has been reiterating this all offseason, setting up Quinn for a huge leap forward as he takes over for the departed Jamison Crowder in the slot. He only saw the field twice as a rookie after Washington took Quinn with the final pick of the 2018 draft.
Quinn is the WR89 in numberFire's preseason fantasy rankings. Our models expect him to catch 35.4 passes on 54.7 targets for 374.1 yards and 1.98 touchdowns in 2019.
