Jaguars' Leonard Fournette 'in better place' for 2019
Jacksonville Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette said he focused on losing weight this offseason and resolved some personal issues.
"I know football is going to take care of itself if I put mind into it and work hard every day," Fournette said in an interview on Sirius XM. "It's really the personal things, just trying to be in a better place." He ran into some issues with management last season and underperformed on the field, but it sounds like Fournette is ready to bounce back as he enters his third year in the league.
Fournette is numberFire's RB16 in our preseason fantasy rankings. He's projected for 1,050.1 rushing yards, 270.0 receiving yards, and 10.01 total touchdowns in 2019.
