Mike Evans limited for Buccaneers in loss to 49ers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Mike Evans caught 2 passes (5 targets) for 28 yards in a 31-17 Week 1 loss to the San Francisco 49ers on Sunday.
Evans was limited in practice by illness last week, and it appeared to still be a hindrance on Sunday, as he only logged 60-of-70 offensive snaps while tying for second on the team in targets behind Chris Godwin. Evans should be closer to 100 percent for Week 2 by the time the Bucs square off with the Carolina Panthers on Thursday night.
Evans finished with 3.8 FanDuel points in Week 1.
